Beberapa hidden features ini dapat kalian terapkan saat berkirim BBM atau email dengan kawan-kawan dan rekan kerja Anda:

1. Secret Code: mynumber

Ketiklah ‘mynumber’ dan akhiri dengan spasi. Ini adalah cara cepat untuk mengetik nomor ponsel Anda.

2. Secret Code: myver

Mengetikan ‘myver’ di email atau text akan menunjukkan versi software version yang ada di BlackBerry smartphone anda, juga model number yang dipakai.

3. Secret Code: LD

Dengan mengetik dua huruf ‘LD’ di email atau text maka Anda akan mendapatkan hari dan tanggal lokal hari ini.

4. Secret Code: LT

Ketikkan ‘LT’ di email atau text untuk mendapatkan local time.

5. Secret Code: mysig

Dengan mengetikkan ‘mysig; di email atau text maka Anda akan mendapatkan informasi yang pernah Anda masukkan di BlackBerry Options > Owner.

6. Secret Code: mypin

‘mypin’ akan memberi tahu PIN BlackBerry Anda sehingga Anda tidak perlu menghafal atau copy/paste jika Anda kawan meminta PIN Anda.

Setting the 'My Number' display on a BlackBerry

Have you ever wondered how to set the number displayed under 'My Number' on your BlackBerry when you go to dial a number or enter the Call Log?

The below instructions will allow you to change this number as by default no number is displayed:

1.Enter the 'Settings' menu
2.Select 'Advanced Options'
3.Select 'SIM Card'
4.Push the 'roller wheel' in, or press the 'Menu' button on the BlackBerry Perl.
5.Select 'Edit SIM Phone Number'
6.Enter your phone number in international format (eg: +4477????????)
7.Press the 'Enter' button
8.Return to the 'Main Menu' and if asked if you wish to save the settings

It may be necessary to perform a hard reboot after following the above steps.
